The Realm of Eärwa
I am D’rmya Thr of the ice mountain plains, nestled within the Vimaleti Mountains. Our land digs deep into the mountain where you’ll find mines, agriculture, black smithery, training centers, and much more. Our Jarl is Dwor Durbolgargommalk, who spends most of his time in the agriculture area. His Lady, Thrrimi Durbolgargommalk, is our true leader. She is on the Druid council of elders who train the chosen in our land. The chosen are a select few born with the rare abilities that are sacred in our land. By rare is to say, 23. There are only 23 of us left, they call us Druids. My maamr was gifted but used her gift to save me at birth. She used so much of it that, even being an elder, she cannot do as she once could. So now she teaches the young in the training center. As a youngling I began in the training center but soon found myself in the smiths shop watching my uncles while they make the most beautiful swords, knives, wagon wheels, pick axes, shovels, axes, and much more. While my maamr taught the children and taad mined the metals and crystals, I sat and watched for years to become a master black smith. By the age of twenty six I was finally getting a chance to make all the things my uncles and all the other black smith had been making since I was six. It took me ten years to perfect every piece we could make; but then I wanted something a little bit more. I worked for four years, shaping, practicing and finally I had it. The most beautiful axe that was ever made in our land. Shaped to master the swiftness of the attack, primed to never rust or break, with the weight of a boulder. Still wasn’t quite right; so I took my maamr’s old book and carved ruins in to handle of it. This completed it, I will show this to the council and society as my greatest work, the greatest work to ever be.
At the presentation my maamr introduced me and I showed the details of the axe as they began gasping at the work. My hands grew cold and then warm when the axes ruins began to glow. I have hit maturity on this day and on this day I was chosen.
