The Realm of Eärwa
Bleakstorms appear randomly, consuming an area 60 feet in diameter, throwing it into magical chaos. All creatures who begin their turn in the affected area experience the following: The ground constantly roils and twists becoming difficult terrain, all creatures are pelted with arcane winds, and must make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw (DC 15) or fall prone. All creatures take 2d6 force damage from the intense arcane maelstrom that surrounds them. Mundane terrain, structures and even creatures may remain changed after the storm ends.
